guidelines.Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in software design and development.Contribute to CI/CD processes and containerized deployments using OpenShift and Kubernetes.Required Skills:10+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.Strong expertise in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).Minimum 5 years of experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data.Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.Hands-on experience deploying applications on OpenShift and cloud platforms.Strong experience with React.js application development.Experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and BDD frameworks such as JUnit and Cucumber.Good knowledge of relational databases, preferably MS SQL Server.Strong understanding of software design patterns and microservices architecture.Experience preparing technical documentation and solution design documents.Good understanding of application security, including PKI, authentication/authorization, and OWASP best practices.Experience analyzing and tuning application performance.Preferred Skills:Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.Experience with Apache Camel or Spring Integration.Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Familiarity with Enterprise Integration Patterns
