Verify and keep records on all production data. Duties include monitoring production process for any deviation or quality concerns. Associates must maintain a safe work environment, quality product, and high efficiency operations. Approximately 90% of time will be spent monitoring safety, quality, production, and 10% of time will be spent to verify quality, and other paper work as needed. Associate is responsible member of plant employees who will help maintain company quality standards, safe work environment and productivity.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nMaintain a safe work environment for all employees.\nFollow all company policies and procedures.\nReport any accidents/incidents immediately to the Assembly Supervisor\nReport any safety or maintenance issues immediately.\nMaintain high quality production standards.\nMaintain high efficiency production standards.\nWork unbiased with diverse work force.\nCommunicate with all members of management\nComplete daily paperwork and responsibilities in a timely manner.\nTrain other hourly associates on safe operations of all equipment.\nTrain other hourly associates on company quality standards.\nMaintain the overall housekeeping of the assembly plant.\nReport any unsafe conditions or acts to the Assembly Superintendent.\nFollow all SOP’s\nAll other duties defined by the Assembly Supervisor.\nAssociate Responsibilities:\nFocus on safety, quality, and productivity of all operations.\nWork unbiased with a diverse work force.\nCommunicate all issues with members of management.\nTrain other associates on proper function of all equipment, procedures, and expectations.\nWork as a team with other associates and accomplish company goals and expectations.\nQualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
