Job Title: Java-Python Senior Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite/Hybrid) Job Type: Full-TimeJob Description:We are looking for a highly skilled Java-Python Senior Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Python, microservices architecture, and modern cloud-native application development. This role requires hands-on expertise in building scalable distributed systems, APIs, orchestration frameworks, and AI-integrated platforms.Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Python technologies • Build scalable microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot and REST APIs • Develop and optimize Python-based orchestration frameworks and asynchronous workflows • Integrate LLMs with vector databases, MCP servers, and observability platforms • Develop APIs, services, and ETL applications using Java/Python • Work with structured and unstructured data formats including XML, JSON, flat files, relational and non-relational databases • Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design, runtime instrumentation, and platform evolution • Ensure application reliability, maintainability, scalability, and performance through testing and code quality practices • Write unit and integration test cases to maintain code coverage and application stabilityRequired Skills: • 8+ years of software engineering experience • Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture • Strong Python development experience • Experience with React JS and modern frontend integration • Expertise with REST APIs, distributed systems, and asynchronous architectures • Experience with SQL, Oracle, MySQL, or other RDBMS technologies • Familiarity with vector databases, LLM integrations, and agentic AI concepts • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and container technologies • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong understanding of testing frameworks and development best practicesPreferred Skills: • Experience with Vert.X • Exposure to observability and monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Logstash, ELK • Experience with memory management concepts in AI/Agentic systems • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deploymentsQualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
