Become part of a team that provides a respectful environment, flexibility, a tight-knit group, and the autonomy to utilize your knowledge and experience.\nJob Summary\nCollege Medical Center Phoenix Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is looking for a Program Director who will be responsible for updating program designs, overall program management, supervision of all phases of treatment within the program, and participating in direct patient care as necessary.\nQualifications:\nMust be a licensed LCSW, Psychologist, or RN (may be licensed MFT if working in an on-site program); related graduate degree (MS, MSN, etc.) may be considered.\nMinimum of two years’ experience in a clinical specialty.\nMinimum of one year of management or administrative experience in the mental health field, or promotion from within.\nCapable of managing all aspects of the program, including clinical issues, census, expenses, referral development, and staff supervision.\nBLS and CPI required upon hire or within 2 weeks.\nCurrent MAB within 90 days of hire.\nLevel One fingerprint card.\nJob-Specific Responsibilities:\nEffectively administer the program day to day, ensuring all services provided are accurately recorded and documented.\nContinually monitor and evaluate Program/Hospital Performance Improvement/Quality Assurance issues.\nContribute to building and maintaining census through referral development and Performance Improvement/Quality Assurance activities.\nDesign and update programs, including the development of new tracks.\nWork with Access Services to coordinate intake processing for the program.\nCollaborate with Community Services Liaisons to develop specific annual and quarterly plans for the program.\nOversee the admission process, ensuring that scheduled admissions arrive on time and complete the admission process.\nRegularly assist in the coordination of transportation services.\nEnsure patient safety and regulatory compliance, including adherence to Clinical Staff Bylaws, Title XXII, The Joint Commission, and licensing standards.\nEnsure patients are seen by program physicians as required by payors and collaborate on Utilization Review and clinical decisions.\nPlacement in the pay range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CMC Phoenix roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices.
