Diagnostic Radiologist – Kentucky (Remote, No Shifts, No Call) Posted: 23-Apr-26 Location: Lexington, Kentucky (Remote) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $500–$900 per hour (or $800–$1.4 million annual W2/1099 option) Subspecialties: Diagnostic Radiology, Head & Neck, Musculoskeletal Radiology, Neuroradiology Expert Radiology is a founder‑led teleradiology practice with 26+ radiologists. We primarily read outpatient MRI (neuro, MSK, body, general) with about 75% MRI and 98% non‑contrast studies. No ER, ICU, or emergent reads. We seek diagnostic radiologists who can read spine MRI and spine X‑ray, preferably with MSK, neuro, or spine fellowship training. Compensation $500–$900 per hour, depending on efficiency and volume A total annual compensation of $800k–$1.4 million an option for W2/1099 $100k onboarding bonus after first 1,000 MRIs Depositions: $800 per hour with a 2‑hour minimum (frequency 1 in 2,000–10,000 cases) Medical school debt forgiveness after 10 years W2 available anywhere in the US or Puerto Rico, or 1099 – your choice Benefits & Flexibility Zero shifts. Band‑width based system: read when you want, stop when you want. Paid per dictation, higher effective hourly rate for efficient reads. Scale up to 1,000+ MRIs/month or maintain 200. No minimums on any given day. No 7‑on/7‑off. No night shifts. Technology supports rapid reading: human transcriptionists, RadPair/RadAI generative AI, dedicated case‑prep team, 10K turnkey reading station with Tardarus v2, 4 vertical 4K monitors, AHK software. Overhead handled: malpractice insurance (full coverage with tail), state medical license renewals, IMLCC enrollment, low‑barrier credentialing. First 90 Days Every new radiologist is paired with a Rad Advisor—an experienced Expert Radiology radiologist matched to your subspecialty and temperament. Weekly 1:1 in month one, bi‑weekly in months two and three. Qualifications Board‑certified diagnostic radiologist (ABR) Must be comfortable reading spine MRI and spine X‑ray (minimum requirement) Preferred: MSK, neuro, and/or spine fellowship training or equivalent experience U.S. medical license (additional state licenses handled by us) Reliable high‑speed internet What Our Radiologists Say "Best decision I ever made.
