You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.\nThis role is part of our WinField United business who supplies agricultural inputs, expertise, and technology to our member-owners and other partners.\nKey Responsibilities:\nComplies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others\nShows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly\nProcesses work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery\nAble to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment\nEnsures all standard operating procedures are followed\nMaintains cleanliness and organization of work area\nSuccessful forklift certification required\nRequired Experience and Skills:\nMust be 18 years or older\n1+ years of work experience in a warehouse environment\nBasic computer and math skills\nAble to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions\nWillingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot\nStrong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful\nPreferred Experience:\n2+ years of warehousing work experience\nForklift experience\nPhysical Requirements:\nAble to lift/carry up to 60 pounds\nFrequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements\nPerforming duties while wearing personal protective equipment\nWorking in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present\nRequired to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime\nAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.\nJoin us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
