This role requires precision, attention to detail, adherence to engineering specifications and safety standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssemble and install electrical components, wiring, and harnesses according to engineering drawings, and specifications.\nUsing manual & powered tools to perform delicate tasks such as stripping, crimping, soldering, and connector assembly.\nConduct testing such as electrical continuity and HI POT testing on cable harness assemblies to ensure quality and compliance to requirements.\nRead and interpret engineering documentation, including drawings, and wiring diagrams.\nInspect, verify, and document each step of the assembly process of components and finished products. To ensure quality standards are in accordance with engineering specifications.\nHelp improve manufacturing process by communicating problems or concerns.\nConfirm all appropriate materials needed to complete a job, according to the Bill of Materials, are with the work order (i.e.: wire, hardware, and miscellaneous components) as well as printing out labels for each work order.\nUtilize Lean & Continuous Improvement techniques to drive quality & productivity.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.
