Made Possible.\n\nAssist in Press Department to ensure board availability and housekeeping standards are maintained.\n\nAll members of the press department are expected to work as a team to ensure standards are met in safety, quality, and productivity.\n\nDemonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with our policies and procedures\nResponsible for compliance with all facility food safety, food defense, and quality policies and procedures including product safety (GMPs)/sanitation policies and procedures. Employee must continually work to promote the orderliness and cleanliness of their work area in support of SQF/5S and other company standards.\nWork with warehouse staff and Press Helper to coordinate upcoming jobs\nEnsure board is available and ready for current and upcoming jobs\nInspect for board quality and communicate any issues to supervisor\nPrepare loads for aeration\nAerate loads as needed\nPrepare and process waste loads\nUse SAP to view pick list and schedules, and notify supervisor of any issues\nKeep conveyors stocked with aerated loads\nMaintain cleanliness around aerators\nAssist with training oF new personnel\nAssist with all required maintenance\nMaintain daily log sheets\nUnderstand how to refresh SAP to view current schedule\nEnsure proper communication between shifts\nReturn unused stock to warehouse\nWork Overtime as needed to meet production and customer demands\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nJob Specifications\n\nStrong mechanical aptitude\nAbility to work as part of a team\nAbility to understand technical written instructions\nFrequent lifting and bending\nAbility to lift 50 lbs.\nStrong computer skills\nStrong mathematical skills\nStrong attention to detail\nExcellent time management skills\n\nPAY RANGE: $21.67 - $23.56\n\nGPI’s Benefit Program\n\nCompetitive Pay\n401(k) w/employer matching\nHealth & Welfare Benefits\nMedical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage\nShort and Long-Term Disability\nLife Insurance\nAccidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance\nFlexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts\nVarious Voluntary benefits\nAdoption Assistance Program\nEmployee Discount Programs\nEmployee Assistance Program\nTuition Assistance Program\nPaid Time Off + 11 paid company holidays each year\n\nApplications accepted on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.\n\nGraphic Packaging is an equal opportunity employer and abides by all applicable federal, state provincial and local laws with respect to the recruitment and hiring process.
