Validation Engineer

Our client, a leader in biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturing, is hiring a Sr. Validation & Compliance Engineer to join their team!**This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits**As the Sr. Validation & Compliance Engineer, you will support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities within a GMP-regulated environment. This role will partner closely with engineering, quality, validation, and operations teams to ensure systems are compliant, validated, and manufacturing-ready.Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and document IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for equipment, utilities, and facility systems Author and review validation documentation including test scripts, deviation reports, and summary reports Perform commissioning and qualification activities aligned with FDA, EMA, and internal quality standards Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, manufacturing, and operations teams throughout the CQV lifecycle Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement efforts Desired Skills:3–10+ years of CQV/validation experience within pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments Strong experience with IQ/OQ/PQ protocol development and execution Knowledge of FDA, EMA, cGMP, and validation compliance standards Experience supporting commissioning and qualification for manufacturing equipment, utilities, or facilities Familiarity with risk-based validation methodologies and GMP documentation practices Experience with deviations, CAPA investigations, and change control processes Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
