We're looking for a growth-driven commercial lines account manager, an insurance professional who manages the day-to-day servicing of commercial (business) insurance policies for clients, including handling coverage questions, processing claims, and renewing policies. Who can also act as a primary point of contact, manage a portfolio of complex accounts, and have a strong understanding of various commercial insurance products. Key duties also include assisting with underwriting and billing, as well as ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Compensation: Base + Commission Responsibilities Attaining "on-target earnings" as specified in the business plan. Tracking new and renewal revenue, client retention rates, and overall performance. Managing relationships with new and renewal commercial lines clients. Offering risk analysis services, identifying coverage gaps, and advising clients on optimal risk reduction strategies. Qualifications Requirements Possessing a business mindset (creative and growth focus). Providing an exceptional client service experience. Maintaining Murray & MacDonald's cultural standards for its stakeholders (clients, prospects, shareholders, employees, carriers, and community). Displaying a proactive, positive, enterprising, constructive, team-centered mindset. Skills Must have or be willing to obtain a P&C and LAH license. Proficiency in IT. Insurance agency/carrier experience is a plus.
