{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"f73e61bde880a4a2d1c0ae2e","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f73e61bde880a4a2d1c0ae2e","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f73e61bde880a4a2d1c0ae2e","title":"Deepwater Operator A","description":"Job Title:â€¯Deepwater Production Operator Aâ€¯- Rotational Schedule: 14/14 - Crew Change Location: Houma, Louisiana\n-\nJob Title: â€¯Deepwater Operator Aâ€¯\nRotational Schedule: â€¯14/14\nCrew Change Location: Houma, Louisiana\nDanos Expectations:\nA successful candidate will exhibit characteristics that support the following:\nSafety Awareness\nWork Ethic\nTechnical Skill\nCustomer Focus\nOpen Communication\nImplementing Vision and Values\nResponsibilities :\nStart up, Operate, Monitor and Shut Down Process and Utility Systems\nMonitor, maintain and optimize process parameters (Level, flow, temperature, pressure etc.) within operating requirements.\nEnsure sampling is carried out and sample results are acted upon.\nTroubles shoot to maximize sales quality and delivery volume to identify problems.\nMaintain discharge water quality within current SBMPC or local guidelines.\nMonitor and operate electrical/hydraulic control panels, safety and emergency shutdown devices, Fire and Gas Systems\nEnsure accurate production reporting is submitted daily or as required by company and client.\nWitness third party calibrations when appropriate to provide verification of meter factors and volumes.\nProve export oil meters.\nCarry out all operations in safe and environmentally sound manner. Operate offshore production facility in accordance with customer requirements\nTest, calibrate, maintain and inspect equipment\nPerform mandatory paperwork required by customer and government agencies\nCoordinate logistics for facility\nChemical treating and handling\nFacilitate maintenance operations by applying/removing isolations as required.\nOperation under PTW system, Toolbox Talk and Risk Assessments.\nAdvise maintenance personnel on hazards of plant and equipment\nMaintain clear and precise communications during maintenance operations.\nControl activities of vendor and subcontractor personnel\nCreate and maintain effective working relationships\nCreate and maintain positive work culture.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma required\n4-6 years experience working offshore as a Production Operator\nGood experience of Permit to Work\nMedically fit to offshore International standards such as ENG1 or equivalentâ€¯\nWhy work for Danos?\nDanos offers competitive wages, sustainable health benefits, 401K company match, and opportunities for employee development.\nSounds like your ideal employer?\nApply today!
