Portfolio Administrator
Job Summary
A prominent investment group is looking for a Portfolio Administrator to join their team in Chicago. This is an exciting temporary opportunity with strong potential to convert to full-time, offering $30–$35/hour. You’ll play a key role supporting multiple investment professionals in a dynamic, high-performing environment that values collaboration and offers meaningful long-term growth. Responsibilities of the Portfolio Administrator:
Support portfolio management and investment teams with day-to-day administrative needs.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal and external calls.
Assist with planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and business events.
Help manage travel arrangements and related logistics.
Prepare and process expense reports for supported team members.
Keep documents, reports, and materials well-organized and up to date.
Contribute to ad hoc projects and ongoing operational support.
Qualifications of the Portfolio Administrator:
Previous experience in an administrative or support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Clear, professional communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency with standard office tools and systems.
