With strategically located assets in the core of its basins, Pilot Water Solutions is positioned to meet the needs of its customers with best-in-class service and reliability.\n\nEssential Job Duties\nCoordinates internal customer requests on a timely manner utilizing the warehouse management system (NetSuite).\nDistribute parts to operators or other field personnel, document withdrawals, and ensure every transaction is logged accordingly to maintain traceability and cost accuracy.\nPrepares orders by following processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely delivery.\nOperates various types of warehouse equipment; loads and offload all incoming/outgoing shipments.\nLoads/Blocks/Braces and/or heats shrink product for shipment.\nTracks orders, resolve shipping issues, schedule deliveries, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.\nPerforms cycle counts and assist with the resolution of inventory issues.\nEnsures quality and accuracy of ordered supplies, products, materials and equipment\nHandle defective or warrantycovered parts by preparing return shipments, tracking vendor repairs, and ensuring repaired items are returned and restocked promptly.\nMaintain accurate stock levels, set reorder points, and prevent shortages that could delay repairs or production.\nEnsure proper storage, labeling, and disposal in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.\nCommunicates with supervisor and necessary stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.\nPerforms routine housekeeping and maintenance of warehouse.\nCompletes all necessary daily tasks/checklists as required by supervisor.\nComplies with all Company policies and procedures; adheres and is compliant to safety and environmental guidelines.\nSubmits own timesheets timely and accurately for approval and adheres to schedule as agreed upon on the date of hire, and adjusted work schedules thereafter based on company needs.\nOther relative duties as assigned based on business needs.\n\nThis job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities of the position.
