We’re erasing boundaries, forming partnerships across industries worldwide, and advancing spacecraft and the workforce for the next generation.\n\nRole Responsibilities\n\nLead the integration and definition of Flight Software Simulators, Emulators, and other Testbeds.\n\nCommunicate across multiple program segments to ensure successful integration of software and hardware and stakeholder alignments.\n\nPerform high‑level system integration and test planning to ensure mission requirements and deliverables are achieved.\n\nExecute system‑level tests to verify and/or validate requirements.\n\nPerform risk‑reduction tests to drive discovery of issues as early as possible.\n\nPerform systems/hardware problem investigations, risk‑reduction planning, systems integration, and testing.\n\nQualification Requirements\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with engineering personnel, anticipating problems to mitigate schedule impact.\n\nCurrent or Active Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8+ years of related professional work experience.\n\nMust be able to work onsite at Littleton, CO; teleworking is not supported.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nDemonstrated experience in Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) with strong understanding of the full system development lifecycle across both hardware and software domains.\n\nProven ability to plan and execute system‑level testing for complex, multi‑segment systems, understanding subsystem interdependencies and end‑to‑end performance.\n\nHands‑on experience integrating diverse subsystems and components to achieve defined system requirements and operational objectives.\n\nCurrent/Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.\n\nDesired Skills\n\nFamiliarity with design and development of Flight Software Simulators and Testbeds.\n\nExperience planning and executing system‑level tests on a complex multi‑segment system, including external segment providers.\n\nExperience interacting with hardware and software developers to ensure mission requirements are satisfied.\n\nAbility to obtain results from teams without direct authority.\n\nAbility to operate in a dynamic environment and take on multiple roles as part of daily program operations.\n\nExperience ensuring physical and functional compatibility of hardware/software products throughout the full lifecycle of the program.\n\nPrior SAP access.\n\nSecurity Clearance Statement\nThis position requires a government security clearance. Candidates must be U.S. citizens.
