Genetic Counseling Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Genetic Counseling to join their remote team. Key Responsibilities:Supervise a team of Genetic Counselors, managing staffing, training, and adherence to policies Provide support to MFM clients and co-manage the Specialty Results Counseling program Manage client satisfaction and provide genetic counseling services for at least 25% of the timeRequired Qualifications:Master's degree in Human Genetics or Genetic Counseling American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) certification At least 3 years of experience as a certified Genetic Counselor
