The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production goals. These positions pay $16-$18/hour + applicable shift differentials.\nCompensation and Benefits of the Machine Operator:\n$16-$18/hour + applicable shift differentials\nMedical, Dental, Retirement plans are offered\nSet schedule with opportunities for overtime\nWeekly paychecks\nOn the job training, development and mentorship\nResponsibilities of the Machine Operator:\nOperate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.\nInspect finished products to verify they meet company quality standards and production specifications.\nPerform routine machine adjustments and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.\nWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production schedules and customer deadlines.\nQualifications of the Machine Operator:\nPrevious manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.\nAbility to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production specifications.\nMust be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed throughout the shift.\nHigh school diploma or GED is required for this position.\nWe do have to run a background check.
