The role shall support Program Management/Owners Rep contracts at SFO managing MEP projects from ideation, design and construction.\n\nLocation:\nThis is a hybrid position, requiring 4 days a week onsite at SFO (relocation assistance available)\n\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:\nServe as Faith Group's primary technical MEP liaison to SFO staff, providing design direction and technical input to design/build teams.\nCoordinate and communicate across project stakeholders, including contractors, airport staff, and internal Faith Group teams, leading meetings and managing cross-functional project relationships.\nCompile and validate project schedules and summaries for capital projects using SFO-approved tools, including review of contractor-submitted schedules.\nOversee project controls and documentation management on behalf of SFO, including maintaining accurate records and information transmittals in the Airport's document control and PM platforms (Unifier), leading Faith Group project controls staff in platform updates, and producing reports and deliverables to support Airport program management.\nManage project financials including contractor pay applications, budget tracking, spend planning, and cost forecasting; provide SFO with regular budget updates and cost-saving recommendations.\nLead review of project estimates and develop independent budget estimates to support SFO decision-making.\nPrepare and review life cycle costs, operations forecasts and cost-benefit analysis.\nProvide technical consulting services as needed, including safety risk assessments, phasing plan review, and design input across active capital projects.\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program, or combination of education and equivalent experience\n10+ years of experience working on MEP design and construction projects, with 2+ years in a lead designer, project manager, or similar capacity\nWorking experience with Bluebeam and MS Office products\nProven communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to self-manage across multiple projects while working effectively as part of a team\nWorking knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC/NFPA 70) and ASHRAE/ICC mechanical design standards, preferred\nLicensed Professional Engineer (PE) in at least one state, preferred\nAirport experience and familiarity with Integrated Design-Build methodologies, highly preferred\nFamiliarity with airport regulations including FAA and CBP requirements, preferred\nExperience with gas-to-electric conversion projects and EV charging infrastructure, preferred\nExperience on a construction site, including direct interaction with foremen and construction crews, preferred\nActive participation in relevant industry organizations, preferred\nSalary:\n$165,000 - $225,000 depending on experience & skill set\n\nBenefits:\n100% employer paid healthcare\n50% employer paid spouse/domestic partner/dependent healthcare\nDental\nVision\n401k\nShort Term Disability\n100% employer paid Long Term Disability\n100% employer paid Life/ADD Insurance\nAdditional Life/ADD Insurance Available\nRelocation Assistance Available\nFSA","company":"Faith Group","rawCompany":"faith group","city":"Millbrae","state":"CA","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-04-12T18:43:56.222Z","occupations":[{"code":"11-9041.00","title":"Architectural and Engineering Managers","slug":"architectural-and-engineering-managers"},{"code":"13-1082.00","title":"Project Management Specialists","slug":"project-management-specialists"},{"code":"11-9021.00","title":"Construction Managers","slug":"construction-managers"}],"industries":[{"code":"541330","title":"Engineering Services","slug":"engineering-services"},{"code":"236220","title":"Commercial and Institutional Building Construction","slug":"commercial-and-institutional-building-construction"},{"code":"488190","title":"Other Support Activities for Air Transportation","slug":"other-support-activities-for-air-transportation"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Program Manager","description":"Faith Group, LLC is a recognized leader in system engineering, design and consulting, specializing in delivering innovative solutions to complex facility and infrastructure challenges.
