Responsibilities include material staging, racking assembly, module installation support, site housekeeping, and safe operation of hand and power tools while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.\r\nEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOther duties may be assigned.\r\nReports to Crew Leader, General Foreman, and/or Construction Manager to receive daily assignments.\r\nAssists in the installation of commercial and utility-scale solar photovoltaic systems.\r\nAssists with unloading, staging, inventorying, and organizing solar materials and equipment.\r\nPerforms basic assembly and installation of racking systems, module mounting hardware, and other solar system components.\r\nAssists with installation of photovoltaic modules in accordance with project drawings and manufacturer specifications.\r\nUtilizes hand tools, power tools, and equipment commonly used in solar construction.\r\nMaintains a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.\r\nSupports quality control efforts by identifying damaged materials and reporting installation deficiencies.\r\nAssists with loading and unloading of company vehicles and project deliveries.\r\nComplies with all company safety requirements, site-specific safety plans, and customer requirements.\r\nMaintains required personal hand tools and protective equipment.\r\nWorks on uneven terrain and in varying weather conditions.\r\nPerforms additional duties as assigned by project leadership.\r\nCompetencyTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following
