and customers.\nLead the development of claim language, verification methodologies, testing protocols, and program requirements to ensure consistency and quality across all programs.\nManage verification programs through the full lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, approval, evaluation, launch, renewal, and surveillance activities.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout program execution.\nPresent proposals and claims for governance review, ensuring technical substantiation and compliance with established verification processes.\nSupport commercial growth through customer engagement, opportunity development, proposal preparation, and guidance on value propositions and claim positioning.\nMaintain program documentation, oversee issuance of verification deliverables, monitor program performance, and drive continuous process improvement.\nSKILLS\n\nAbility to identify, develop, and commercialize new service offerings and business opportunities by partnering with sales, business development, marketing, engineering, and operations teams.\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of a program, from opportunity identification and solution development through launch, sustainment, and renewal.\nStrong stakeholder management and required in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nAdvanced degree preferred, such as an MBA, MA in Project Management, or a master's degree in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nExperience leading complex cross-functional programs involving sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and customer-facing stakeholders.\nProven ability to develop, launch, and manage customer-facing service offerings, programs, or strategic business initiatives.\nExperience driving collaboration between technical subject matter experts and commercial teams to deliver business results.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting recommendations, business cases, and program updates to leadership and executive audiences.\nDemonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities, support business development efforts, and bring new solutions to market\nExperience managing multiple projects and The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary.\n\nThis position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
