We enable some of the most well-known companies, nonprofits and federal agencies in the United States to intelligently plan and develop their applications, modernize their infrastructure and manage their data.\nKey Responsibilities Collaborate with product, editorial, and engineering teams to assess QA strategies and embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.\nEnsure test coverage for critical workflows, including content ingestion, publishing, personalization, and user engagement features.\nPropose, Build, and Maintain QE tools that are modular and can be used across all projects.\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid deployment cycles and minimize production defects.\nChampion testability and observability, especially in high-traffic, high-availability environments.\nMentor teams on automation best practices, helping shift testing left and improve developer ownership of quality.\nAnalyze test results and production metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\nQualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of development experience. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Golang, Ruby).\nExperience with automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, JUnit). Knowledge of XCUITest, Espresso, Appium is a plus.\nExperience working with GitHub Actions and Google Cloud Platform.
