Work is performed under supervision and applies fundamental technical concepts, processes, and procedures to support cutter maintenance records, discrepancy tracking, and fleet data accuracy.\n\nDUTIES\nSupport IBCTPL discrepancy response by validating reports, consolidating checklists, entering data, and maintaining documentation in accordance with SOPs and process guides.\nCollect, review, validate, update, and analyze HM&E and ELEX discrepancy data maintained by asset managers.\nReview, maintain, and update cutter maintenance records using EAL and other applicable USCG IT systems.\nEnter and routinely update discrepancy data in required systems, ensuring proper formatting and database accuracy.\nAssist with data analysis, logistics support, and preparation of reports, summaries, and metrics.\nReview fleet maintenance reports to support maintenance procedure development and organizational maintenance completion tracking.\nAnalyze allowance list parts data to support maintenance and budget requirements using NESSS, 1 Log Portal, or equivalent tools.\nMaintain historical data for CG-22s, FLS-MAM concerns, integration data, MPC status, and section project summaries.\nSupport trend analysis using linear trend, Weibull, or other approved analytical methods.\nAssist with customer engagement and training support for cutters and Product Line personnel.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nUp to 3 years of relevant experience in data entry, discrepancy tracking, maintenance records support, logistics support, customer service, technical documentation, or federal/military sustainment programs.\nPractical experience or training with databases, spreadsheets, maintenance records, or logistics systems.\nWorking knowledge of Coast Guard maintenance records, discrepancy response processes, or related technical support procedures.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and related Microsoft Office tools.\nAbility to follow established procedures, maintain accurate records, format data correctly, and communicate effectively.\nEDUCATION\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nAssociate degree, technical certification, or coursework in logistics, maintenance management, information systems, engineering technology, data analytics, or a related field.\nFamiliarity with HM&E and ELEX discrepancy response, EAL, 1 Log Portal, CGBI/Navigator, STIP/TIMS, CG-PART, WEBFLIS, NESSS, FLS, or FLS-MAM.\nExperience supporting USCG, Navy, DoD, maritime, or federal logistics programs.\nExposure to allowance parts data, CG-22s, MPC tracking, integration data, reporting, or trend analysis.\nABOUT APV\nAPV is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
