Qualified candidates will interface with all elements of the program team to develop Integrated Master Schedules, complete regular maintenance of the schedule, and provide analysis and reports as needed to support Program Management and Leadership decision making and will collaborate with business unit and corporate subject matter experts on processes and tools for program planning.\r\nEssential Functions:\r\nUtilize standard industry tools and techniques for the creation of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that will reflect technical approach and execution plan, contract Statement of Work and data requirements, critical materials detail, traceability to the work breakdown structure, resource loading traceable to BOEs, and the capability to perform critical path analysis for complex development and production programs. Primary tool is Microsoft Project Server.\r\nAnalyze and review subcontractor schedules and integrate subordinate schedules into the project schedule.\r\nAnalyze schedule for project critical path and advise management of changes to the critical path and projected milestone achievement performance.\r\nCoordinate with Control Account Managers (CAM) and cross functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) members in the development, maintenance, and analysis of the schedule data that reflects their work scope.\r\nObtain and analyze data and status from affected organizations to prepare, update, and disseminate periodic project status reports.\r\nPerform analysis of schedules for performance to plan variance and support corrective action to improve scheduling and planning processes.\r\nWork within a team environment to provide insights into program scheduling trends and best practices to assist program teams with formulating achievable program schedules.\r\nPerform Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) on key programs as part of standard work.\r\nCollaborate with business unit and corporate program planning and management subject matter experts on tools and processes that support standard industry best practices.\r\nQualifications:\r\nBachelor's Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience; OR Graduate Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience; OR in lieu of a degree,minimum of 15 years of prior related experience.\r\nIntegrated Master Schedules (IMS) & Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) requirements.\r\nPreferred Additional Skills:\r\nSignificant experience with MS Project and/or MS Project Server.\r\nPrior Experience in engineering and operations/manufacturing environment.\r\nGovernment contractor / Aerospace & Defense industry background is preferred.\r\nStrong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.\r\nKnowledge of engineering processes, principles, and practice.\r\nKnowledge of risk management concepts and risk analysis related to master schedules.\r\nKnowledge of DoD EVMS Guidelines (ANSI-748C), Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD), and Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR).\r\nStrong communication skills (verbal and written).\r\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $98,500 -$182,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $86,000 - $159,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
