while maintaining superior degree of productivity.\n\n*Position Responsibilities*\n\n* Able to set up and or operate a large range of small, large diameter, or SEMS rollers as defined within department training matrix and/or Employee Development Form.\n* Produce quality parts; in finish and configuration, with zero defects on a regular basis.\n* Proficient in Gainseeker, math and blue print reading.\n* Ability to teach or instruct new or transferred team members on various skills as defined in department training matrix.\n* Familiar with all tooling necessary in making a set-up.\n* Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.\n* Proficient with various hand tools, micrometer, scale and venier caliper.\n* Capable of trouble-shooting tooling and machine problems.\n* Participate in all safety related educational/training events and observe all policies including annual member safety program through WCTI.\n* Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.\n\n*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities*\n\n* Demonstrated mechanical ability and experience operating thread-rolling equipment.\n* Competent with small hand tools, and all measuring instruments pertinent to cold heading shop;
