This is afully remote rolesupporting a 365-day, 24/7 call center. Recent Computer Science, IT, or related grads are strongly encouraged to apply.What You'll Do:Provide excellent customer service via phone and chat in Spanish and EnglishGreet customers, verify accounts, listen carefully, and show empathyTroubleshoot internet, Wi‐Fi, and basic device issues (Level 1–2 support)Use tools such as Freshdesk, Sonar CRM and other internal systemsDocument all interactions accurately and follow procedures/SLAsEscalate complex issues to senior technicians when neededWhat You Bring:Fluent Spanish & English (spoken and written)1+ year of customer service experience (call center/help desk preferred)Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting (internet, Wi‐Fi, devices).Strong typing and multitasking skills (navigate multiple systems while assisting customers)Professional, patient, and calm with upset or frustrated customersWilling to work overnights, weekends, and rotating schedules in a 24/7 environmentMust live in NY State or Florida (prefer close to Plainview, NY or Ocala, FL area)Reliable wired internet and a quiet, distraction‐free workspacePay & Schedule:Pay: $17-18 per hour, depending on experienceOvertime availablePaid trainingMust work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday with Thurs. and Fri offAvailable shift: 2 pm – 11 pmTwo 15‐minute breaks and one 30‐minute meal break per shift (set by company schedule)Flexibility to cover other shifts when neededPosition Options:Position 1 –Saturday through Wednesday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PMPosition 2 – Anticipated Schedule (pending final client approval):Friday through Sunday, plus 2 weekdays (Monday–Thursday)Hours: either 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AMWhy Apply?Remote work with a customer‐focused, remote‐friendly teamOpportunity to build both customer service and technical support skillsSupportive team environmentIf you're a bilingual Spanish/English customer service professional who enjoys helping people and solving tech issues.We'd love to hear from you.
