Overnight Patrol Supervisor – Jacksonville, FLSignal Security is seeking a strong Overnight Patrol Supervisor to lead and oversee our overnight patrol operations in Jacksonville.This is not a desk job. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands accountability, training, field operations, and maintaining high standards. You will be responsible for ensuring patrol officers are properly trained, routes are completed correctly, vehicles and equipment are maintained, and customer expectations are consistently met.We are looking for someone who leads from the front, takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and does not wait to be told what needs to be done.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all overnight patrol operations across Jacksonville patrol routesTrain and develop new patrol officers using structured field training and FTO processesEnsure patrol officers follow assigned routes, complete required patrols, and maintain service standardsMaintain patrol runsheets, route efficiency, and site key controlOversee patrol vehicles including inspections, cleanliness, maintenance reporting, and accountabilityManage patrol room organization, equipment checks, and inventory controlConduct field spot checks, site inspections, and overnight supervisor visitsRespond to call-outs, emergencies, customer concerns, and officer performance issuesEnsure post orders, incident reporting, and site procedures are followed correctlyMaintain strong communication with Operations Manager, Operations Support Representatives, and leadership teamHold officers accountable for attendance, performance, professionalism, and policy complianceQualificationsPrevious leadership experience in security, patrol operations, law enforcement, military, or field supervision requiredStrong experience managing people and enforcing standardsAbility to work independently and make sound decisions under pressureExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExperience with patrol operations, route management, scheduling, and field training preferredValid driver's license with clean driving record requiredAbility to work overnight shifts and respond to operational issues as neededFlorida Class D Security License preferred (or ability to obtain quickly)What Success Looks LikePatrol officers are fully trained and operating to standardVehicles, keys, and equipment are controlled and accounted for dailyPatrol routes are efficient, completed correctly, and properly documentedCustomers see strong leadership presence and consistent service qualityProblems are solved before they become bigger problemsCompensationCompetitive pay based on experience, leadership ability, and operational background.Why Join SignalSignal is built on doing things the right way.
