Commercial Driver

Position Description: Armen Transportation is a well-established Trucking and Warehousing company seeking reliable and hardworking Class A Drivers to join our growing team. We specialize in container work from the Port of NJ/NY and local/tri-state deliveries. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver containers to/from the Port of NJ/NY Complete local and tri-state deliveries Communicate with Dispatch and update route progress via tablet or mobile app Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety Accurately complete Hours of Service (HOS) and maintain full compliance with DOT regulations Report any mechanical or safety issues promptly Requirements TWIC Card (Required) Valid Class A CDL (Standard Shift required) Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience (Required) NJ/NY Port Experience (Required) Strong knowledge of HOS logging and DOT compliance Hazmat Endorsement (Preferred) Ability to commute or relocate to Elizabeth, NJ prior to starting Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $27.00 $30.00 per hour (depending on experience) 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Paid time off Day shift schedule ??
