This role works within production analytics area processing production samples, QC samples as well as maintaining instruments and running optimal performance checks. We embrace the challenge and hard work that comes with working on the cutting edge.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDailly, weekly and periodic maintenance of analytical instruments and equipment\n\nRunning performance checks and maintaining logs for accuracy\n\nComply with all documentation requirements regarding processing GMP’s safety, housekeeping, and sanitation. Performs all work in compliance with company Safety Health and Environmental guidelines\n\nAnalysis of Raw Materials, In-Process batch samples, Finished Product and other duties as assigned.\n\nPerforms qualitative and quantitative analyses in a Food GMP regulated environment, including calibration and documentation.\n\nParticipate in Corrective Action Investigation teams and internal audits across site.\n\nWork includes night shifts, weekends and holidays as per production demands and other times as necessary on short notice.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nB.S. in Chemistry, Biology or related science or High School Diploma with 3 years of laboratory experience\n\nAt least one year of experience in manufacturing, biotech, or chemical processing plant is preferred\n\nExperience with biological samples and pipetting skills is preferred\n\nExperience working in a production environment preferred\n\nRecent graduates are considered and encouraged to apply\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nHands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with sophisticated analytical laboratory instrumentation\n\nStrong ownership of analytical performance\n\nAbility to take notes, observations, report and follow directions and guidelines\n\nCollaborative and proactive mindset\n\nAdditional Information\n\nThis role supports a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
