This role requires disciplined use of Skedulo for job assignment, documentation, and close-out, consistent communication with builders and homeowners, and careful stewardship of company vehicles, tools, and materials.\r\nCORE RESPONSIBILITIES\r\nComplete assigned shingle roofing repairs as directed via Skedulo.\r\nContact the builder or homeowner 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to arriving on site.\r\nNotify the builder/homeowner upon arrival before beginning any work.\r\nNotify the builder/homeowner when the repair is completed before leaving the property.\r\nComplete full photo documentation on every repair ticket per ProBLD standards (see Photo Requirements section).\r\nPerform water tests and capture required pre- and post-repair video for all leak repairs.\r\nTake thorough notes on every repair ticket and upload all documentation to Skedulo before leaving each job.\r\nClose out the repair ticket in Skedulo before departing the job site.\r\nCommunicate completed repairs to the OM/AOM after each stop.\r\nReturn unused materials to warehouse personnel at the end of each day.\r\nClean the truck cab and truck bed at the end of every shiftno garbage in the cab, no materials left in the bed.\r\nReturn truck keys to the OM/AOM office lockbox at the end of every shift; no ProBLD vehicle keys are to be taken home.\r\nClean and properly store all assigned tools and ladders at the end of each shift.\r\nOnly perform repairs assigned in Skedulo; contact the OM/AOM if asked to complete a repair outside of Skedulo.\r\nPLATFORM COMPLIANCE EXPECTATIONS\r\nSkedulo: Check in on every job; upload all required photos, videos, and notes before departing site; close out repair ticket before moving to the next stop.\r\nSamsara: Log vehicle departure and return daily; report all vehicle incidents without exception.\r\nRippling: Complete and document monthly 1:1s; complete knowledge tests prior to promotion.\r\nDynamics: Access work order reference as needed (read-access only; work orders are created by Project Coordinators).\r\nKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS\r\nPhoto compliance rate of 90% or greater, tracked via Skedulo.\r\nSkedulo close-out completed at each stop before moving to the next jobno exceptions.\r\nNotes uploaded to Skedulo on every job.\r\nNo at-fault vehicle accidents within a 12-month period.\r\nNo tool or ladder replacement required due to negligence, as determined by the OM/AOM or Repair Supervisor.\r\nTruck cab and bed clean at the end of every shift.\r\nNo unresolved safety violations.\r\nProfessional communication with builders and homeowners on every visit.\r\nAttendance maintained per ProBLD standards: no more than 2 unplanned call-outs in any rolling 90-day period; no more than 4 in any rolling 12-month period.\r\nWeekend rotation: no missed scheduled weekend rotations in any rolling 90-day period; no more than 1 missed in any rolling 12-month period.\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nMust be at least 21 years of age.\r\nMust possess a clean and valid driver's license.\r\nCompany tools and truck provided.Pay:\r\n$20-$25 per hourWhy Youll Love Working with Us:\r\nAt ProFormance Builder Solutions, we believe in rewarding our hardworking team with benefits that support your well-being and work-life balance!\r\nComprehensive Health Coverage:Weve got you covered withmedical, dental, and visioninsurance to keep you and your family healthy.\r\nSecure Your Future:Start planning for the long term!
