Summary Or Overview Of Job DutiesStarting pay rate is $19. After successful completion of training, rate increases to $19.50. After additional training on web tickets, rate increases to $20.All applicants must live within driving distance of our Piscataway, NJ office.Full and part-time shifts available. All applicants must be able to work one of the shifts below:Full Time7a-4p (limited)7:30a-4:30p (limited)8a-5p8:30a-5:30p9a-6pPart Time6:30a-12p9:30a-3p12:30p-6pAll classroom training is full time (M-F from 8:30a-5:30p). Classroom training and on-the-phone training is in our Piscataway office. After successful completion of a portion of phone training, the position is remote. Everyone should plan to be in the office for at least 1 month.We are an inbound call center that processes mark out requests for excavation purposes. All candidates must enjoy customer service and answering incoming calls. He/she must have the ability to accurately type a minimum of 35 wpm. The employee must project a professional image through phone and personal interaction. He/she must be able to troubleshoot problems and provide resolution to our client’s inquiries.
