Must be able to assess\nmechanical systems, program control sequences, develop intuitive graphics for person-machine interface,\nthird party equipment integration and system commissioning. Must have the ability to diagnose and\ncorrect systemic problems, along with modifying sequences to improve system performance and energy\nefficiencies. Strong knowledge of working with database software, system backups, network monitoring,\ndata security, patching, anti-virus software, data switches, firewalls and VPN connections are required,\nalong with familiarity of HVAC equipment (i.e. chillers, boilers, air-handlers, pumps, and other building\nsystems).\nMust possess a valid driver’s license and be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and\npre-employment medical evaluation. Some state-wide travel is expected with some overnight stays. The\nability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, within a diverse team is very important.\nAppropriate attire is required with a neat and clean appearance. Must be able to read, write and understand\ntechnical specifications, manufacturer’s documentation, engineering sequences, and building plans. Must be\nable to communicate effectively with engineers, customers, end-users, and all building trades.
