Our collaboration extends across a diverse array of programs and platforms, including major military prime contractors such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon.\n\nSCOPE:\n\nResponsible for program cost, schedule, and technical performance on engineering development programs from prototype to full qualification\nDevelop, manage, and maintain a detailed IMS in conjunction with the engineering program planners to ensure contract deliverables are effectively monitored and tasking is disseminated to respective teams appropriately.\nParticipate in proposal preparation, developing estimates and soliciting and reviewing inputs from cross-functional team.\nDevelop, manage, and maintain a risk and opportunity register in conjunction with the R&O manager; responsible for soliciting, understanding, validating, and reviewing risks with cross-functional teams.\nParticipate in program reviews with internal leadership, prime contractor, and USG customers, and be able to communicate program status, needs and dependencies effectively.\n\nSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:\n\nA Bachelor’s degree and five to seven (5-7) years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and five (5) years of relevant experience.\nStrong level of knowledge in program management or operations management.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams on large, complex programs with concurrent design and production build activities.\nAbility to effectively influence and lead others in a matrix organization by proactively reviewing program progress and course-correcting teams, driving issues to closure.\nUnderstanding of the DoD contracting process and be able to guide a team through the RFI, proposal, negotiations and contract award/execution and program closeout.\nExperience leading multifunctional teams.\nExcellent communication skills\n\nThis position must meet export control compliance requirements.
