This role is primarily onsite in Dallas, TX and requires a strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and brand discipline. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary digital designer, supporting corporate marketing initiatives and working closely with teams to deliver polished, effective digital experiences.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary digital designer across marketing initiativesOwn end-to-end execution of digital projects from concept through deliveryCreate email, web, and social content aligned with established corporate branding standardsEnsure brand consistency across all digital touchpointsDesign experiences that function smoothly and look polished across desktop and mobile platformsCollaborate with multiple stakeholders, incorporating feedback while knowing when to delegate effectivelyMaintain strong ownership of timelines, deliverables, and project qualityRequirementsTop 3 Must-Haves:Self-managed, experienced Digital Designer with strong project ownershipAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaWorking knowledge of HTML and CSSQualifications:Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XDStrong experience with Figma and or Sketch for UI and UX designExperience using Canva to create scalable, on-brand digital assets and templatesFamiliarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows to support ideation and iterationAbility to design and produce basic video and motion assets for web, email, and social channelsSolid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and usability best practicesWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred, with familiarity with modern development workflowsExcellent visual, creative, and conceptual design skills with strong attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teamsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceSkills and Tools:Adobe Creative SuiteFigma and or SketchCanvaHTML and CSSEmail, web, and social platformsAI-assisted design toolsPortfolio Requirement:A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, and multimedia assets across web, email, social, and video platformsThis is a great opportunity for a designer who thrives in a self-directed role, values brand consistency, and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact digital work.Innovation starts with people.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
