Our McLean Clinic hours of operations are 7:00am – 3:00pm. This position will provide required support to physicians and other staff members in performing physical examinations and other procedures.In this role, you will:Perform all patient procedures according to EHE guidelinesExplain testing procedures to patientsDeliver exemplary customer service to patientsPerform and maintain proficiency in venipuncture, specimen collection, EKG's, audiometric testing, vision testingServe as a QA nurse and actively participate in clinical CQI functionsProvide all routine and travel vaccines as directed by the physicianPromote and ensure a safe working environment for patients and coworkersStock and clean exam roomsAssist with managing inventory and maintenance of medical suppliesAssist in coordination of patient examinations, including escorting patients to testing and examination areasPerform administrative duties as directedWhat the role requires:Current State nursing license and CPR/BLS certification3 years or more related experience and/or trainingStrong phlebotomy skills and knowledge of vaccinesExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong attention to detail and organization skillsAbility to multi-task and handle multiple prioritiesWhat we offer:Competitive salary Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insuranceEmployer-matched 401(k) planProfessional development reimbursementEmployee access to our preventive exam and servicesGym reimbursement/Fitness bonusThe rate for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 annually and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications and skills.
