This role provides supervision, direction, and training to PDDM Technicians, Specialists, Supervisors, and Analysts (on and off site). Having a full understanding of all PDDM functional roles, this position should be able to perform any role in PDDM and or teach in an efficient manner while maintaining effective communication with Project Client, internal taskforce members, field personnel, and Fluor global team members. This position requires consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. This position may step in for an absent lead or be expected to lead a project with multiple small scopes or a mega project which therefore requires acute knowledge and experience in understanding and interpreting client specifications. This role may perform as an operations lead for a major project or multiple projects.\n\nManage all aspects of a project life-cycle including scope definition, developing a detailed plan, tracking, managing, and communicating project status\n\nAssist Senior Manager with group development, workforce planning and project work hour estimates for various projects\n\nMay be required to give presentations to clients, projects, or management\n\nWork closely with PDDM leads to perform general technical and administrative tasks as necessary providing direct supervision to support and meet project goals; perform associated problem solving, duties, and analytic tasks\n\nUtilize Fluor's document management system (DMS) at a high level - Responsible for workforce planning for various projects\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nBasic Job Requirements\n\nAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and fifteen (15) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to nineteen (19) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders\n\nJob related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job\n\nAbility to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines\n\nAbility to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner\n\nOther Job Requirements\n\nMust be a U.S. Citizen\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nAdvanced (Master's) degree or global equivalent preferred\n\nThorough, working knowledge of and experience with computers such as word processing, spreadsheets, internet, and document management systems\n\nStrong leadership experience for projects and people\n\nExperience working with senior management\n\nMust be able to troubleshoot\n\nDemonstrated problem solving and decision making skills\n\nAbility to adapt to change, to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
