This role manages the day-to-day operations of our ISO quality program while supporting the Quality Manager and the broader operations team. You’ll ensure compliance, support safety initiatives, and provide excellent service to our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Owning the Quality Program
Maintain our ISO program, documentation, and records.
Coordinate internal audits and support external assessments.
Keep the organization in compliance with quality standards.
Train and assist team members on procedures and best practices.
This does require occasional travel to customer job sites (1x month).
Supporting Safety Initiatives
Assist with workplace safety programs, trainings, and audits.
Conduct risk assessments and report findings.
Help follow up on incidents and maintain safety records.
Customer & Operations Support
Respond to customer questions via phone and email.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments and documentation as needed.
Process and document purchase orders, work orders, quotes, and invoices.
Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
What You Bring
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years of experience in technical customer support role, quality, or operations.
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data tracking).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear, professional communication skills and ability to work across teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points If You Have
ISO auditor certification.
OSHA or other safety-related certification(s).
Experience in a lab, calibration, or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with project or quality management tools.
Work Environment
This role mixes office work (90%) with time in technical and operational areas (10%). You’ll collaborate with internal teams, customers, and occasionally regulatory agencies. Expect a variety of tasks, opportunities to problem-solve, and a chance to make an impact every day.
