We support more than 1,100 individuals and families throughout the Greater Capital Area by identifying barriers to access and developing creative, meaningful community connections.Position OverviewThe Behavioral Home Direct Support Professional serves as a community connector, supporting individuals through community mapping and engagement to promote social inclusion. This role focuses on identifying each individual's strengths, interests, and gifts to foster meaningful relationships and community involvement-promoting abilities, not disabilities.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience: Experience in human services or related fields supporting individuals with disabilities preferredReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance requiredCompensation & Benefits$1,000 Sign-On Bonus$500 paid at hire$500 paid after 6 months of employment Sign-on bonus available to new hires only.
