Approximately 3 days in the field and 2 days in office\r\nResponsibilities\r\nCustomer Support\r\nDeliver timely and professional support through service requests and ticket management.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely and onsite, including hardware-related concerns.\r\nTechnical Services\r\nProvide onsite support for customer environments including project documentation and scope requirements.\r\nInterpret construction drawings and installation plans.\r\nCoordinate with subcontractors, contractors, and vendors to support successful delivery.\r\nServe as a point of contact for installation coordination and field communication.\r\nConduct routine site visits and identify scope changes as needed.\r\nSupport projects across commercial and premium residential environments.\r\nCommunication & Operations:\r\nProvide consistent communication and updates to customers.\r\nEscalate and resolve complex issues while minimizing operational risk.\r\nContribute to root cause analysis and process improvements.\r\nSubmit required reporting and administrative documentation.\r\nTeam Collaboration\r\nParticipate in on-call rotation as required.\r\nCollaborate across technical and operational teams.\r\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.\r\nSupport additional initiatives as business needs
