PT Customer Service ReceptJob SummaryUnder the general direction of the Parks Facilities Manager, the Part-time Receptionist provides routine clerical support and serves as the receptionist for the Smyrna Community Center. Answers incoming calls; providing general assistance to callers, visitors and the general public.PLEASE NOTE HOURS: Position generally works less than 20 hrs per week.Must be able to work weekdays (3pm-10pm); weekends vary (8:00 am -10:00 pm) and holidays.Essential Job DutiesAnswers incoming telephone calls; communicates with the general public, visitors and the general public; provides routine assistance; refers callers to other staff members as appropriate; forwards calls to appropriate departments; and takes messages.Receives, dates, sorts and distributes incoming mail.
