We have an immediate hiring need for our full-time Manufacturing Inventory Control Associate. This is a 3rd Shift role (Sun-Thur 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM), in the Warehouse with a starting rate of $23 per hour with a 10% shift premium.\r\nJob Summary:Handles inventory transactions; moves parts from stock into WIP locations. Creates kits and provides necessary quantities for all components based off of Bill of Materials for surface mount, loads feeders, and through holes operations. Counts quantities on reels after used on production lines to ensure inventory accuracy.\r\nResponsibilities and Essential Functions:Understanding of production processes and material flow.\r\nSupport product phase‑in/phase‑out and minimizing excess/obsolete inventory.\r\nAccept change and manage varied assignments.\r\nFamiliarity with maintaining BOM accuracy and processing ECNs.\r\nUnderstanding of MRP concepts and processes.\r\nSupport process optimization and efficiency initiatives.\r\nMicrosoft Office proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.\r\nSelf‑direct, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.\r\nMinimum Qualifications:A minimum of High School Diploma/GED OR 1 year of verified related experience\r\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
