The successful candidate will mentor staff, support quality service delivery, implement clinician-developed programs, and work directly with individuals under the age of 18 served by VCIN.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise, mentor, coach, and train DSP staff.\nEnsure high-quality, person-centered supports and services.\nHold regular supervision meetings and provide ongoing training.\nSupport implementation of programs developed by VCIN clinicians.\nMaintain accurate documentation and program data.\nCollaborate with Program Managers, Clinicians, Nursing Staff, and Directors.\nAssist with staffing coverage and emergency response as needed.\nPromote individual rights, dignity, safety, and growth.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma required, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education preferred.\nMinimum 4 years of experience in developmental disabilities, crisis care, residential care, or related human services.\nSupervisory experience preferred.\nStrong leadership, communication, advocacy, organizational, and coaching skills.\nAbility to work independently and effectively in high-stress environments.\nValid driver license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record required.\nOur Values\nVCIN and UVS are guided by Unconditional Positive Regard, Honesty & Integrity, and Innovation.
