Accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to internal procedures are critical to success in this position.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnter customer orders accurately into the MRP system\nCreate, process, and issue sales orders to the production floor\nVerify order details including part numbers, quantities, revisions, and due dates\nResearch and obtain shipping pricing using approved carriers and internal tools\nCoordinate internally with production, planning, and shipping departments\nEnsure all data entries comply with internal quality and documentation standards\nMaintain organized digital records and order documentation\nSupport audits, traceability, and order history retrieval as needed\nIdentify discrepancies or missing information and escalate internally\nRequirements:\n\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nPrior data entry or order processing experience preferred\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nBasic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)\nAbility to follow defined procedures and work with minimal supervision\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with MRP or ERP systems\nExperience in manufacturing or industrial environments\nFamiliarity with shipping carriers and basic freight pricing\nExperience in ITAR-regulated or quality-controlled environments\n\nWork Environment\nThis position is primarily office-based within a manufacturing environment. The role requires frequent interaction with internal departments including production, planning, and shipping.
