The team is small, highly technical, and ships fast from a beautiful San Francisco office.The role and why it mattersAs a Senior Product Engineer, you will own products end to end, from 0 to 1 MVPs through 1 to 10 scaling, building the agentic infrastructure that saves brokers thousands of hours every day.What you'll do• Build complete features across the frontend and backend of the core AI platform• Develop deep browser automations that log into legacy systems, monitor activity, and move data• Turn hundreds of long PDFs and Excel files into structured, usable workflows• Own both the product manager and software engineer responsibilities for what you ship• Optimize application performance and scalability as throughput grows• Turn direct customer feedback into shipped product, week after weekWhat we're looking for• 4+ years of software engineering experience at a VC-backed startup (Seed to Series E)• Strong TypeScript proficiency and comfort across the full stack• A proven track record of shipping user-focused products from scratch• A hacky bias for action: getting something in front of the customer as fast as possible• Experience building scalable systems• Excellent cross-functional communication and deep empathy for user needsBonus points• Hands-on experience with AI or agentic projects• Python proficiency• CS degree from a top global universityCompensation and benefits• Base salary: $200K to $320K, depending on experience• Equity: 0.1% to 0.3%• Full-time role with benefits• Visa sponsorship is not available for this roleLocation and work modelOn-site 5 days per week in San Francisco, CA.
