Develop, manage, and evaluate wellness initiatives, incentives, health plan resources, and population health offerings.\nAnalyze population health offerings and program performance and trends to identify opportunities and measure impact.\nPartner with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver an integrated, data-driven well-being strategy.\nOversee population health vendor relationships, ensuring alignment and program effectiveness.\nCollaborate regularly with the client’s internal support structure and account management teams.\nServe as Group Fitness Coordinator, managing group fitness programs and schedules, instructor performance, and participant engagement.\nPrepare engagement and performance reports and represent wellness programs at onsite events.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field (health promotion, health education, public health or related health emphasis).\nFive or more years of experience in health promotion, health management, corporate wellness, human resources/organizational behavior or a related field.\nTwo or more years of experience with implementation or large healthcare project management experience.\nOne or more years of people management experience.\nExperience in financial reporting, trend analysis, and communicating at an executive level.\nDemonstrated ability to research, design and implement solutions to problems involving analytical and creative elements.\nExcellent multi-tasking, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nEffective and engaging public speaking skills with the ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with clients and participants.\nCompetence with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\n\nValued but not required knowledge and experience:\nMaster’s degree in a Health Promotion Management, Public Health or related field.\nRelated Health Promotion or Public Health certification such as: National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC) certification, WellCert Certified Wellness Practitioner, CHES (Certified Health Education Specialist).\nRelevant experience with health plan, client and vendor management, and preferably experience with Optum’s employer market space.\nCurrent professional nutrition certification or licensure, such as Registered Dietitian Nutritionist or Licensed Dietitian (in states where licensure is applicable).\n\nAbout Us:\nPlus One, part of the Optum Workplace Well-being portfolio of services, provides fitness and well-being services to clients across a broad range of industries, driving employee engagement in health and wellness programs.
