Join us, and let’s improve lives together.This position is eligible to work from home anywhere in the United States**Essential FunctionsCollects, reviews, and enters rating information into the system to provide quotes to underwriters for new business, endorsements and renewalsContacts the agent and follows up for missing informationReviews the automated renewal quote document and makes necessary updatesReviews and processes endorsements that fall within a specified list of requirementsPrepares and approves renewals within authority limitEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalencyOne year of office support experience desiredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKeyboarding speed of 40 wpmAccurate data entry skillsGood personal computer skillsProficiency in Microsoft WordStrong customer service skills and telephone etiquetteKnowledge of insurance terminology desired#DNPThe hiring salary range for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling within either of the following:$36,290 - $45,362 or $36,290 - $49,889A hiring range represents a subset of the full salary range.
