We combine CBRE's real estate scale with Industrious' operating model to run dedicated experience teams across office assets, enterprise headquarters, healthcare facilities, and logistics centers worldwide.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nGreat buildings don’t become great by accident. They’re shaped by thousands of thoughtful interactions that make people feel welcomed, connected, and excited to come back.\nAs a Community Manager, you’re responsible for bringing that experience to life every day. You own the programming, communications, and hospitality strategy for your office building: creating moments that strengthen community, deepen tenant engagement, and elevate the workplace experience.\nThis role blends creativity with operational excellence. You’ll curate events and partnerships, manage communications across multiple channels, oversee budgets and logistics, and ensure every detail, from a welcome email to a lobby activation, reflects the quality of the building and the brand.\nJust as importantly, you’ll build relationships. You’ll know your tenants, understand what matters to them, and use those insights to shape experiences that feel personal, relevant, and worth showing up for.\nWINNING IN THIS ROLE MEANS\nEvent attendance is strong and growing. Tenants come because they actually want to, not out of obligation.\nThe tenant app, signage, and newsletter work together and are consistently up to date.\nTenants know you by name, trust you with feedback, and feel like the building is on their side.\nBuilding communications are timely, on-brand, and reflect what tenants actually care about.\nNPS and CSAT scores are moving in the right direction, and you can connect them back to specific actions.\nYOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE AND SUCCEED AT IT IF\nMaking people feel welcome comes naturally to you. You don't need a program or a prompt to notice when someone's new, check in when something feels off, or make a small gesture that turns someone's day around.\nYou enjoy mixing creativity with structure. You like planning activations and curating tenant perks, but you also like the operational side — keeping details tight, budgets accurate, and timelines on track.\nYou take pride in the quality of your work, even the invisible parts. The app content that gets read, the email that doesn't feel like an email, the event that runs so smoothly no one notices the effort — those things matter to you.\nYou're genuinely curious about the people you work with. You know your tenants. You know what companies they work for, what they care about, what makes a good week for them. That curiosity makes everything you do more personal.\nVariety energizes you. One day you're building a vendor database, the next you're hosting a wellness activation, the next you're writing newsletter copy. You don't just tolerate the range — you enjoy it.\nNOT THE RIGHT FIT IF\nYou'd rather stay behind the scenes than engage face-to-face with tenants every day.\nYou find the detail work (signage, supply checks, survey follow-up) frustrating rather than fulfilling.\nYou're looking for a predictable routine. This role moves fast and changes often.\nYou see hospitality as optional rather than central to making a workplace work.\nYou're not comfortable balancing creative thinking with operational discipline. Here, you need both.\nWHAT YOU OWN\nCommunity programming, marketing, and communications\nCurate and execute a thoughtful calendar of tenant programming that reflects the building’s identity, fosters community, and drives engagement.\nManage all aspects of community events, including concept development, budgeting, vendor management, onsite execution, and post-event reporting.\nOwn the building’s marketing channels—including the tenant app, newsletter, digital displays, signage, and social content where applicable—to ensure communications are timely, engaging, and on brand.\nCreate compelling content that promotes events, highlights building amenities, celebrates tenant stories, and keeps the community informed.\nGrow engagement with the tenant experience app through strong content, audience management, building notices, and curated local partnerships and perks.\nAmenity management.\nOversee ordering, restocking, receiving, and inventory of amenity supplies.\nKeep all amenity spaces spotless at all times.\nDocument and escalate maintenance and facilities issues through proper channels.\nMaintain clean, organized supply closets.\nSupport leasing teams in showcasing building amenities.\nTenant relationships.\nBuild trusted relationships with tenants and create experiences that make the workplace feel more welcoming, connected, and valuable.\nMeet regularly with tenant contacts to understand their needs and gather feedback.\nBuild relationships proactively throughout the building through everyday interactions.\nExecute in-suite activations and personalized engagement opportunities where appropriate.\nDeliver Surprise & Delight moments and consistently meet hospitality engagement standards.\nOwn the tenant onboarding experience so new people quickly understand everything the building has to offer.\nGather customer feedback through surveys and conversations, then develop action plans that improve the tenant experience.\nService culture.\nChampion Industrious service standards and hospitality principles.\nModel and deliver on any new hospitality standards.\nCommunicate and resolve issues confidently, empathetically, and professionally.\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE\nWe hire for skills over pedigree, but the strongest candidates will have:\nExperience. 2–3 years in community, hospitality, or customer-facing work.\nCommunity events or hospitality experience. You've designed and delivered tenant programs, events, or comparable hospitality work. You know what drives engagement.\nMarketing Communications ability. You write clearly, adapt your tone to your audience, and can manage a content calendar or newsletter in a professional context.\nOrganizational discipline. You manage multiple programs and relationships simultaneously without letting details fall through.\nTenant relationship skills. You build trust quickly, follow through reliably, and make people feel genuinely cared for.\nComfort with digital tools. Experience with a tenant experience app or similar platform is a strong plus. You learn new tools quickly.\nCOMPENSATION\nThe base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $95,000, depending on experience.\nYou'll also be eligible for a 10% annual performance bonus.\nABOUT CBRE GROUP, INC.\nCBRE Group, Inc.
