We're looking for a Customer Operations Manager to join our team and take ownership of ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.As Customer Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the ongoing operational management of a portfolio of customers. Working closely with Sales Relationship Managers, you'll ensure contractual obligations are met, KPIs are delivered, and service expectations are exceeded. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of key operational tasks and drive improvements across the business.What will you be doing?Maintain Customer Core and Van Stock profilesEnsure compliance with Health & Safety policiesDeliver weekly and monthly operational tasksDevelop and monitor KPIs to drive performance improvementsManage outstanding orders and stock with branch teamsCoordinate new product requests with the Commercial teamBuild strong relationships with Branch Teams, Sales Relationship Managers, and senior stakeholdersResolve invoice queries and monitor outstanding debtWhat will you need?Strong operational experienceCustomer-focused mindsetCommercial awarenessAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamSkilled at building relationships at a senior levelWhat's in it for you:We believe great work should be recognised and rewarded.
