If you are ready to stop waiting for your moment and start building toward it, this is where that work begins.\r\nKey Responsibilities:Team Development & SupportAssist in onboarding new team members, ensuring they understand company values, site procedures, and role expectations.\r\nProvide guidance and support to team members as needed to help them improve and succeed.\r\nSupport scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing and fair team workload.\r\nPromote a positive team culture by recognizing achievements, encouraging collaboration, and addressing conflicts promptly.\r\nHelp identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and engagement.\r\nCustomer ExperienceGreet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and valued at every visit.\r\nAnswer customer questions about services, membership options, and promotions clearly and courteously.\r\nAddress and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly, escalating to the Site Leader when necessary.\r\nPromote unlimited wash memberships and other services to enhance customer engagement and retention.\r\nMonitor the site for opportunities to improve customer experience, providing feedback or suggestions to the Site Leader.\r\nOperational ExcellenceCheck equipment daily to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to the Site Leader.\r\nSupport site safety by following protocols and helping team members maintain safe work practices.\r\nAssist with routine cleaning and maintenance to uphold quality standard.\r\nMonitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to the Site Leader for restocking.\r\nHelp identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to keep daily operations running smoothly.\r\nSales SupportPromote unlimited wash memberships and other services to customers during their visit.\r\nAssist in upselling additional services or products to help achieve site sales goals.\r\nSupport the implementation of site promotions and marketing initiatives.\r\nTrack sales activity and provide feedback to the Site Leader on opportunities to increase revenue.\r\nProblem-Solving and Decision MakingRespond to customer concerns and questions, escalating to the Site Leader when necessary.\r\nIdentify operational issues as they arise and suggest practical solutions to maintain smooth site operations.\r\nMake quick, informed decisions to keep daily operations on track and minimize disruptions.\r\nCollaborate with team members to address challenges and improve overall site performance.\r\nWhatWe’reLooking For\r\nWe are not looking for someone who manages tasks.\r\nWe are looking for someone who develops people and owns outcomes.\r\nYou have led people before, and you know what it takes to hold a team to a standard.You take ownership of outcomes, not just effort.
