Role Description This full-time, on-site Account Manager role is based in Bradenton, FL. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relations, coordinating landscaping projects with the operations team, and addressing client concerns. You will also monitor and ensure the quality and timeliness of services, collaborate with teams to meet client expectations, and identify opportunities for service improvements or enhancements. Qualifications Customer Relationship Management and Client Satisfaction skillsProject Coordination and Team Collaboration experienceKnowledge in landscaping operations, project planning, and executionStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in business correspondence and report preparationAbility to identify and pursue opportunities for service improvementsExperience in the landscaping or related industries is a plusFamiliarity with work in an on-site environment and willingness to engage directly with field operationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or a relevant field is preferred
