Dedicated to creating a welcoming space for all seekers, EHCC strives to work collectively to support the realization of God’s vision on Earth.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Choir Director at Eagle Harbor Congregational Church, located in Bainbridge Island, WA. The Choir Director will be responsible for planning and leading choir rehearsals, selecting music appropriate to the liturgical context, directing the choir during worship services, and coordinating with clergy, musicians, and other church staff. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the church’s worship experience through music.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Music Theory and Church MusicProfessional experience in Music Education and directing choirsPassion for fostering musical growth and a spirit of collaborationFamiliarity with sacred and liturgical music traditionsStrong organizational and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Music or equivalent experience is preferred
