Every day, we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to foster an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nServe as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for engineering teams on capacity planning, deployment readiness, and infrastructure planning initiatives.\nTranslate customer demand forecasts into optimized capacity and deployment plans across the infrastructure supply chain.\nDevelop and implement end-to-end risk detection methodologies, metrics, and KPIs spanning demand forecasts through live capacity deployment.\nDesign and implement risk mitigation processes across multiple stages of planning, deployment, and operational execution.\nAnalyze planning systems and data pipelines to improve alignment between Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.\nLead automation initiatives that improve risk detection, proactive monitoring, and mitigation capabilities.\nEstablish and lead weekly and monthly business reviews, performance metrics, and operational reporting for short-term planning activities.\nDrive continuous process, systems, and tooling improvements to enhance planning efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development\nOR equivalent experience.\n4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.\n\nOther Requirements:\n\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
